Using aged and carefully fermented tobacco leaves, ACC has spent years experimenting with new blends and flavors. “After years smoking cigars, I felt there was something lacking in the market. Everyone grew stagnant. Change and innovation slowed to a crawl. I remember back in the 90’s when cigars were booming. Anyone could sell anything, rolled into a cigar shape, and someone would buy it. This market craze was actually sparked and driven by innovation. A few great innovators came up with new cigars, with new body, new taste and a bold fresh appearance. Some of these cigars are still aging in my humidor today. I hope to pass them on to my children or grandchildren, and tell them of the time, that these cigars changed the cigar world.

Since that time, there has been merger after merger. Just like every big bank, bought up the next slightly smaller bank. Now you only have a few choices left.

The same thing happened to cigars. Everyone bought everyone else. There are really only a few big players out there, and a few under financed small guys hoping to get back in the game. We are innovating new breeds of tobacco, and new fermentation processes, harvesting wild organic tobaccos on the edges of the river of the Guayas in Ecuador. We are innovating taste like you have never experienced in a cigar before!

All PROPIO cigars are blended using a Cuban master blender, leaf by leaf, often combining up to five variations of tobacco breed, age, color, taste and plant tier into one cigar. They are then rolled using a Cuban hand bunching method, which carries back many generations.
